In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise.

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or use any Service on tpn77. By completing registration, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. tpn77 reserves the right to request proof of age documentation at any time and to suspend or close any Account where the age requirement cannot be verified to tpn77's satisfaction.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility. tpn77 primarily serves players who are residents of Indonesia. By registering, you confirm that accessing and using the tpn77 platform does not violate any law, regulation, or ordinance applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Services is lawful in your location.

2.3 Single Account Rule. Each individual may hold only one (1) registered Account on tpn77. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

2.4 Excluded Persons. The following individuals are not eligible to register or maintain an Account on tpn77: (a) employees, contractors, agents, or affiliates of tpn77 and its related entities; (b) immediate family members of the foregoing; (c) any person who has previously been self-excluded or permanently banned from tpn77.

3.1 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian national identity details, residential address, and a valid contact email address. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

3.2 One Account Per Person. As stated in Clause 2.3, each person may maintain only one tpn77 Account. If tpn77 detects duplicate Accounts linked to the same individual by any means — including matching identity documents, device fingerprints, IP addresses, payment methods, or behavioral patterns — tpn77 reserves the right to close duplicate Accounts and withhold any associated balances.

3.3 KYC Verification. tpn77 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to submit supporting documents — including but not limited to a government-issued photo identity card (KTP), proof of residential address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used — before your first withdrawal is processed, when your Account reaches certain transaction thresholds, or at any other time tpn77 deems appropriate. Failure to complete KYC within the period specified by tpn77 may result in Account suspension.

3.4 Account Approval. tpn77 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason for doing so.

4.1 Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any other authentication credentials associated with your tpn77 Account. You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

4.2 Unauthorized Access. You must notify tpn77 support immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. tpn77 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

4.3 Device Security. You are responsible for ensuring that any device used to access tpn77 is adequately secured against unauthorized access, including through the use of device-level PINs, passwords, and up-to-date security software.

4.4 Non-Transferability. Your tpn77 Account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, assigned, or otherwise disposed of to any other person. Any Account found to have been transferred or operated by a third party on behalf of the registered Member will be closed immediately.

5.1 Accepted Methods. tpn77 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata (bank transfer), and the e-wallets OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. International card payments via Visa and Mastercard are also accepted.

5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 (ten thousand Rupiah) unless a specific promotional or payment-method minimum applies. tpn77 reserves the right to update deposit limits without prior notice.

5.3 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using payment methods that are not registered in your own name, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of this Agreement.

5.4 Processing Time. Deposits via local bank transfer and Indonesian e-wallets are credited to your Account balance in real time or within minutes of the transaction being confirmed. tpn77 is not responsible for delays caused by the Member's bank or payment service provider.

5.5 Deposit Limits. tpn77 may impose deposit limits at the account or platform level at any time, including for responsible gaming purposes as set out in Clause 10. Members may also voluntarily set personal deposit limits through their Account settings.

6.1 Withdrawal Methods. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically possible. tpn77 supports withdrawals to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja accounts held in the Member's own name.

6.2 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 (fifty thousand Rupiah) unless a specific payment-method minimum applies.

6.3 Processing Time. tpn77 targets a withdrawal processing time of 3 to 15 minutes for verified Accounts under normal operating conditions. Processing may take longer during scheduled maintenance windows, public holidays, or when additional verification is required. tpn77 is not liable for delays attributable to the Member's bank or payment service provider once the withdrawal has been dispatched from the tpn77 system.

6.4 KYC Prerequisite. Your first withdrawal — and any subsequent withdrawal that triggers tpn77's verification thresholds — may be held pending completion of the KYC process as described in Clause 3.3. tpn77 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal request.

6.5 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds. Bonus Funds credited to your Account are subject to the wagering requirements specified in Clause 7. Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.

6.6 Fraudulent Withdrawals. tpn77 reserves the right to withhold or reverse any withdrawal where fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other prohibited conduct is suspected, pending investigation. Any funds associated with confirmed fraudulent activity will be forfeited.

7.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits issued by tpn77 are subject to the terms set out in this Clause 7 and to any additional promotion-specific terms published at the time the offer is made. In the event of a conflict, promotion-specific terms take precedence over this Clause 7.

7.2 Eligibility. Bonuses are available to eligible Members only. Unless otherwise stated, a bonus may only be claimed once per Member, household, device, or IP address. tpn77 reserves the right to restrict bonus eligibility at its sole discretion.

7.3 Wagering Requirements. Unless a promotion is designated as "no wagering", all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion terms. Bets placed on certain games or markets may contribute less than 100% — or not at all — toward the wagering requirement; full contribution schedules are published on the relevant promotion page.

7.4 Expiry. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them expire if the applicable wagering requirements are not completed within the time limit specified in the promotion terms. Expired Bonus Funds will be removed from the Member's Account balance automatically.

7.5 Abuse. tpn77 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets to lock in bonus value, using multiple Accounts to claim the same offer, or systematic exploitation of promotional structures. tpn77 reserves the right to void bets, forfeit balances, and close Accounts where bonus abuse is detected.

8.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets placed on tpn77 are subject to acceptance by tpn77 at its sole discretion. tpn77 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at any time without providing a reason, including where system errors, incorrect odds, or manifest pricing errors are detected.

8.2 Settled Bets. Once a bet has been settled and winnings credited (or a loss recorded), the decision is final unless tpn77 subsequently determines that the bet was placed in breach of these Terms & Conditions, that incorrect odds were published due to a technical error, or that the outcome of the event upon which the bet was based has been officially revised by the relevant sporting authority.

8.3 In-Play Betting. In-play bets are accepted subject to market availability and connection stability. tpn77 does not guarantee the continuous availability of in-play markets and accepts no liability for bets that could not be placed due to network disruption, market suspension, or system latency.

8.4 Togel Rules. Togel draw results are determined by the official published results of the relevant lottery authority (e.g., Hongkong Pools, Singapore Pools). tpn77 accepts no responsibility for errors in third-party official draw publications and will settle bets in good faith based on the results available at the time of settlement.

8.5 Casino and Slot Games. All casino and slot game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) operated by the relevant licensed game studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft). tpn77 does not control individual game outcomes and accepts no liability for losses sustained during normal game play.

8.6 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and games on tpn77. Current limits are displayed within the relevant product interface at the time of placing a bet.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tpn77 platform. tpn77 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any Account and forfeit all associated balances where any of the following is detected or reasonably suspected:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or any automated tools to place bets, exploit bonuses, or interfere with the normal operation of the tpn77 platform.
• Colluding with other Members or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corrupt influence over the outcome of a sporting event on which bets are placed.
• Using tpn77 for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal purpose.
• Charging back or reversing any deposit made to tpn77 through your bank or payment service provider after using the deposited funds.
• Attempting to access the tpn77 platform or another Member's Account through unauthorized means, including hacking, phishing, or social engineering.
• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content, data, or software from the tpn77 platform without prior written authorization.

10.1 Commitment. tpn77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes seriously its obligation to protect Members from the potential harms associated with problem gambling. The tpn77 platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible directly from every Member's Account dashboard.

10.2 Available Tools. Members may at any time set the following limits and restrictions on their own Account: (a) deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly); (b) loss limits; (c) session time reminders; (d) temporary cooling-off periods (ranging from 24 hours to 30 days); (e) permanent self-exclusion from the tpn77 platform.

10.3 Self-Exclusion. A Member who self-excludes will have their Account suspended for the duration of the selected exclusion period. tpn77 will use reasonable efforts to ensure that self-excluded Members do not receive promotional communications during the exclusion period. Self-exclusion requests cannot be reversed before the selected period has elapsed.

11.1 Ownership. All intellectual property rights in the tpn77 platform — including but not limited to the tpn77 name, logo, website design, software, databases, content, and trademarks — are owned by or licensed to tpn77. Nothing in this Agreement transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

11.2 Limited License. tpn77 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the tpn77 platform for your own personal, non-commercial betting and gaming activity, subject to these Terms & Conditions. This license does not permit you to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or otherwise commercially exploit any element of the tpn77 platform.

12.1 Service Availability. tpn77 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond tpn77's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of some or all Services.

12.2 No Consequential Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tpn77 shall not be liable to any Member for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage, including lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the Member's use of or inability to use the tpn77 platform.

12.3 Maximum Liability. Where tpn77's liability to a Member cannot be fully excluded by applicable law, tpn77's total aggregate liability to that Member in respect of any single incident or series of connected incidents shall not exceed the net deposits made by that Member to their tpn77 Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the relevant incident.

12.4 Member Responsibility. You access and use the tpn77 platform at your own risk. Gambling involves the risk of financial loss. tpn77 accepts no responsibility for any loss incurred as a result of normal game play, bet settlement, or voluntary wagering decisions made by a Member.

13.1 By the Member. You may close your tpn77 Account at any time by contacting tpn77 support. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your Account (net of Bonus Funds that have not yet satisfied applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method within a reasonable period, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

13.2 By tpn77. tpn77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member's Account at any time and without prior notice if tpn77 determines, at its sole discretion, that: (a) you have breached any provision of this Agreement; (b) you have engaged in any Prohibited Conduct as set out in Clause 9; (c) your Account poses a fraud, money-laundering, or regulatory risk to tpn77; or (d) your continued use of the platform is otherwise contrary to the interests of tpn77 or its other Members.

13.3 Effect of Termination. Upon Account closure or termination, your right to access and use the tpn77 platform ceases immediately. Clauses that by their nature survive termination — including Clauses 9, 11, 12, 15, and 16 — shall continue in full force and effect.

14.1 Right to Amend. tpn77 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version of this Agreement will always be published at tpn77.pro/terms-conditions.

14.2 Notice of Changes. Where changes to this Agreement are material, tpn77 will provide notice to Members via email or through a notification displayed upon login. Your continued use of the tpn77 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

14.3 Review Responsibility. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically. The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made.

15.1 Jurisdiction. This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which tpn77 is incorporated and licensed to operate.

15.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between you and tpn77, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation by contacting tpn77 support at [email protected]. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of the initial notice, either party may pursue the matter through the applicable legal channels in the governing jurisdiction.

15.3 Language. This Agreement is written and shall be interpreted in English. Any translation provided for convenience shall not affect the interpretation of the English-language version, which shall prevail in all cases.
